Ground Source Heat Pump

Advanced Heating Ltd's manufacturing partners are NIBE of Sweden. NIBE are probably the largest and most dynamic producer of heat pumps. They currently hold the title of most efficient heat pump in the world 5.03 Kw output for every one Kw used.

A well designed GSH system will provide for all of the domestic hot water and central heating 24/7/365 for the minimal cost of running the compressor.

The specialist heat transfer fluid is pumped through the collection field in a closed circuit by the brine pump, which is inside the heatpump. The medium absorbs energy from either the surface collector loops, the geothermal ground probes or even a stream or lake . The heat pump then extracts heat from the medium via the inbuilt compressor (evaporator) and simultaneously raises the refridgent within the compressor to a higher temperature. The heating circulator located inside the heat pump then circulates high temperature water around the central heating system.
